I started Dulari Welfare because I couldn’t keep walking past people who needed so little and were given nothing. I’m not a large organisation. I’m one person who decided to be accountable, in public, for the help I promise.

I named this after my mother, Ram Dulari Devi. Everything here is built on something she believed without ever saying it grandly: that everyone is someone’s beloved, and deserves to be cared for.
