DulariWelfare

Our Story

Dulari Welfare began with a single thought: that no one should be invisible in their hardest hour.

The name

“Dulari” means the beloved one, the cherished one. It is my mother’s name — Ram Dulari Devi. She lived believing that every person, no matter how forgotten, is someone’s beloved. This work carries her name so that her belief keeps doing something in the world.

The mission

To find people in genuine need — the ones who don’t ask — and to help them directly, with dignity, and to account for every rupee in public. We would rather help ten people completely and honestly than a thousand on paper.

Who we help

An elderly person who can’t afford medicine. A child whose school fees are a month away from being lost. A family facing a sudden medical emergency. People we can reach, meet, and verify ourselves — so help is real, not a story.

How we stay honest

Every donation is published on our public ledger — date, amount, and exactly where it went. Not a summary. The actual entry. Our transparency is the only guarantee we can offer, so we take it seriously.

Dedicated to

In loving memory of Smt. Ram Dulari Devi.
